Who we are

What we collect
This website has no contact form, no user accounts and no analytics or advertising cookies. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us by email or phone: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your project.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps before entering a contract).
- To deliver services under a contract with you or your organisation.
- To keep records required by law, for example for tax and accounting.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Project and contract records are kept for 6 years after the work ends, as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We use trusted providers to run our business, such as Microsoft 365 for email and Cloudflare for this website, under agreements that protect your data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. Email info@dancore.co.uk to exercise any of these. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
